Quality Inn Near Joint Base Andrews-Washington Area - Camp Springs

The location is convenient for quick access.

I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness. The shower and sink had no water, forcing me to switch rooms right away. The new room was equally disappointing with visible damages, and I couldn't get a response from the staff when I needed assistance.

The location was very easy to get to. And the staff was great.

Need queen size beds instead of full and extra remote controls my room was missing one.

Our stay was great. Clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows!! The air conditioner worked well and we were in a real hot spell so it felt good after a day in Washington dc area. The breakfast was good too. The internet worked well each evening and we were close enough to the Metro and shopping/ dining areas. Loved it, would stay again.

I have a choice privileges card and the young man at the counter couldn't figure out how to credit my account for our 3 night stay. One of the other clerks figured it out on first try -glad we asked her too:) He needed to type in ca (for canada) before the number.

Air conditioning didn't work and the room was dirty.

The hotel was a bit far from DC sights and the nearest Metro station was a bus ride away.....the wifi did not work during the 3 nights we were there which was inconvenient

Location convenient to Andrews Air Force Base and major highways.

It is noisy from the highways and internally.

The room was clean and I appreciated the amenities like the refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast options were decent, but the noise level was bothersome. I would hesitate to return.

The housekeeping staff did a good job, but we had a hard time getting around their carts and cords from vacuums in the hallways.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend respite in Camp Springs with value for price. The staff was friendly and accommodating when I requested extra towels. Make sure to check the air conditioning, as it wasn't very effective .

The location was convenient, especially having a McDonald's right next door. My experience was marred by the overall cleanliness. There was noticeable wear and tear, and the smoke smell from the halls was off-putting. The staff checked us in quickly, but I felt the facilities could use better maintenance.

Had an awesome group vacation with friends! Loved the video-game consoles and pay movies for entertainment. The location was perfect for exploring nearby sites. Just be mindful of the breakfast timing, as it can get a bit busy during your stay.
